Students practice yoga, hike, walk, swim, and are carefully scaffolded to explore how these activities support their wellbeing. We carefully journal, reflect, and process through a slow-paced experience.

Students understand ancient traditions of wellbeing and unpack how modern day values such as convenience, consumerism, and consumption can lead to a lack of wellbeing.
